Measures of preventing extremist activities are explained in capital’s public places
According to the official website of the
capital akimat, a number of meetings are held in the capital to explain the
state policy in the sphere of religion.
The events are held in order to implement the state program on combating religious extremism and terrorism in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2018-2022 and to report on religious extremist organizations covered by islam, in particular, the secular system of government, the moral and spiritual values of the kazakh people and the systems of measures to prevent extremist activities.
From June 4 to 14, the city akimat held a number of comprehensive meetings to explain the state policy in the field of religion with the participation of members of the Republican and Astana information and explanatory groups. Meetings are held with employees of cultural centers, sports clubs, construction sites, markets and shopping centers.
