In the concert hall of the music and drama theater named after Kuanyshbayev K. gathered a considerable number of people in the morning, the main participants of the festival are the winners of the contest «Enbek Zholy».

In particular, the contestants were selected in three categories: «the Best labor dynasty», in which the Rakhimberlin family won, having a total teaching experience of 136 years; «The best mentor of working youth» – the first place was won by Saule Tashkent, who is the chief architect in the company «BIK-engineering»; and «the Best young worker of production» -the winner was Daniyar Baizhanov, who works as the head of the press service in the capital's employment Center. In addition, the main oncologist of Astana, member of the Board of Directors of JSC «Astana Medical University» Mukhtar Tuleutaev won in the nomination «audience award».
