Capital students won gold medals at the competition of scientific projects in Brazil
According to the official website of capital akimat, 39 students from Kazakhstan, including 16 students of the capital, took part in the competition of scientific projects held in the Brazilian city of Novo-Hamburg.
The competition was held in the framework of the 33rd international education exhibition «Mostra Internacional de living science center e Tecnologia» (Mostratec).
The purpose of the exhibition «Mostratec» is to promote the desire of students to natural Sciences, to attract them to creative activities in various fields of science and technology, to promote international cooperation, to attract professionals to work with students.
The result of this large and painstaking research work was a high assessment of Kazakhstan's projects.
1st place and gold medals were won by pupils of «Bilim innovation Lyceum» Bourganel Baghlan, Zhanaidar Pockets, Timur Satyamnetin with the project «Geometry of Japanese temples», the schoolgirl of school Lyceum No. 73 Sapargali Balam – «Production of ethanol».
At the award ceremony, in addition to medals, the authors of the best works were rewarded with diplomas, valuable prizes and educational grants.
The organizers of the event noted the decent training of Kazakh students, gave a high assessment of the level of education in Kazakhstan.
