Where to go to a young specialist? This question arises every year before thousands of graduates of universities and colleges: employers important experience of employees in the resume. The program «Youth practice» is working in Astana so that the search for a place is not delayed for months or even years. Only in the last year of the 915 interns permanent jobs 640 of young capital professionals.

Yesterday-an unemployed graduate, today-a promising lawyer. Before the end of the school year, he, like hundreds of other graduate students, began to wonder-whether there is a place in the oversaturated market of lawyers.

«In 2017, four specialists have been trained in our company. Three of them are on the staff today. Since the results were positive, I continued this experience this year. When people come to me for an interview, I look at such qualities as friendliness, communication skills, openness and, most importantly, the desire to work», – said the Director of the company. Among the former trainees – the current employees of D. Takenov Evgeny Matkovsky. In October will be a year, as he officially works as a full-time lawyer. Today, the guy has his own students, and Eugene emphasizes the great help of this program:
«I have seen that without work experience, many employers do not want to hire a graduate, begin to demand experience, ask about achievements and successes in work. And you have no experience, because there is no work. There is no work because there is no experience. A vicious circle. In this regard, I think young people now feel the support of the state». Today, 620 people are trained under the program» Youth practice», in state institutions and private enterprises of Astana. The salary of trainees is paid at the expense of the Republican budget in the amount of 25 MCI, this year from the local budget is co-financing their wages in the amount of 10 MCI.
«Both the trainee and the employer have the opportunity to make a choice in six months. Even if at the end of the practice specialist decides not to stay behind him will be documented experience. And another employer will not be afraid to employ him at his workplace», - tells Aidar Adambayev, a lawyer with experience, about the advantages of the program to all his friends. Director of LLP Daniyar Takenov intends to continue to train young people without experience under the program «Youth practice». And there are more and more entrepreneurs like him. According to the employment Center of the city, in 2016, 196 contracts were signed with employers, in 2017 – 295.
It should be noted that graduates of educational institutions of the last three years have the right to take part in youth practice. The age of the potential participant should not exceed 29 years, candidates should not have experience in the specialty.
