Brief information on the activities of the state body

Apparatus of the akim of the district "Almaty" of Astana is a state institution, contained at the expense of the local budget, in the territory of the administrative-territorial unit. The main purpose of the office is to conduct a national policy of the Executive power in combination with the interests and needs of the development of the territory of the district "Almaty" of Astana. The priorities of the unit are: consideration of petitions, applications, complaints of citizens, adopt measures for the protection of the rights and freedoms of the citizens; facilitating the collection of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget; development and submission to the akimat of Astana city for approval by the maslikhat of Astana city budget programs, the administrator of which is the Apparatus; development of the strategic plan in accordance with the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; assistance in the implementation by citizens and legal entities of the provisions of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of Central and local state bodies; assistance in the development of business activities, within its competence, the implementation of regulation of land relations; organization and enforcement of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on military duty and military service, civil defense, as well as mobilization training and mobilization; organization of works on the preservation of historical and cultural heritage; identification of low-income persons, making proposals to higher authorities to ensure employment, provision of targeted social assistance, organization of services for lonely elderly and disabled citizens at home; assistance in the development of local social infrastructure; interaction with local authorities; participation in the sessions of the maslikhat of Astana in the approval (clarification) of the local budget; ensuring the activities of preschool education and training organizations; the organization within the competence water supply of settlements and regulation of water use; the organization of works on improvement, lighting, gardening and sanitary cleaning of settlements; the organization of burial of rootless and public works on the maintenance in proper condition of cemeteries and other burial places, maintaining the register of non-professional mediators.

The structure of the state institution

Organizational and control Department- provides control over the execution of legislative acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders and instructions of the mayor of the city and district. Provides organizational and information interaction of akim of the district with the representative and Executive authorities of all levels.
