According to the official website of capital akimat, XX language «Menin tilim – gave uly ruhy» was held in the framework of the program «Rouhani ganguro» and the 20th anniversary of Astana.

The head of Department of development of languages and archives Tleugali of Kishkashbayev presented awards to heads of institutions and individuals who have made significant contributions to the development of the state language.

«More than a million people live in our city, of which more than 80 percent speak the state language. During the years of independence, our country has strengthened the position of the state language. A tolerant language policy is the main factor of unity of the people», -  T. Kishkashbayev said.

Also during the festival, the performers Of the Kazakh music and drama theater named after K. Kuanyshbayev presented a mini-play and a small monologue of the heroes of Alash about the language, country, education and science.

In addition, a concert program with the Participation of the state academic Philharmonic and Kazakhstani pop stars was held. The event was attended by speakers, deputies, veterans, honorary citizens of the city, active youth.
