According the official website of capital akimat, on October 4 at the stadium «Astana arena» held the second round of the group stage of the Europa League. Football players of the French club «Renn» and the team «Astana» fought for the championship.

Capital team won «Rennes» with the score 2:0. All the goals were scored in the second half. In the 64th minute the score was opened by Bakhtiyor Zaynutdinov, the final goal for the team in additional minutes was scored by Marine Tomasov. The players of «Rennes» was trying to score from a distance, however, the actions of special benefit not brought. Thus, « Astana «with four points topped the table of the group will take place on October 25, the capital's players will go to the Czech Republic, where they will meet with»Yablonets».
