According to the official website of capital akimat, to the day of older people 13 thousand pensioners of the district received one-time financial assistance for 6 013 KZT at the expense of the local budget.

Every year, the Council of veterans together with the akimat of Yessil district to the International day of older people held various events for the older generation.

The main purpose of this work is to provide attention to pensioners, lonely people, disabled people, people in need of care and attention.

During the event, pensioners were able to receive compensation for fuel, free dental prosthetics, as well as the opportunity to relax in the rehabilitation center «Katarkol».
