Shnorakalutyun, akimat! Or old neighbors - new house
How the new tenants of block of flats on the "Automation" celebrate a housewarming? Correspondents of the official website of the mayor's office of the capital visited the owners of new apartments.
The condition of the house number 6, in the area of "Automation", - can be called catastrophic. People lived in a collapsing house where there was no heating or hot water for 25 years. The only bus runs to the house, and in the evening you can get here often only by taxi.
Today, residents of the emergency house celebrate housewarming-they were moved to a new house located in a new area, but with a developed infrastructure. What is hot water and Central heating, people have learned only now.
One of happy new settlers – Anna Melkonyan, excitedly tells about difficulties which faced in the former housing.
"There were no conditions for normal life: people lived without heating for 25 years. From the sewers into the basement all went. The walls were collapsing, in General, uninhabited house. By the house to pass it was unpleasant, it was all black, burnt, pipe stood around”, - she recalls.
It is no wonder that most of the year Anna Alexandrovna preferred to spend in the country. Henceforth, says woman, there she will only guest.
"I can not find a suitable word in Russian to Express overwhelming emotions. My husband is Armenian and I love Armenian gratitude "shnorakalutyun", "heartily happy, grateful". I turn 70 on November 27, and this is a gift to me from all over Kazakhstan. The soul is full of gratitude that I finally live in a warm, beautiful apartment! I am grateful to everyone: both the Government and the President, that such a program was made for the people: they were moved from dilapidated housing. From the bottom of my heart, from the bottom of my heart I wish only good and happiness", - says Anna Melkonyan.
The former apartment of the pensioner, by the way, was much smaller than the current – as much as 11 squares! And that's not counting the two large balconies facing both sides of the street. Now the family is a joyful trouble – repair. Glue Wallpaper, buy furniture.
"My husband's nephews live in Armenia, you would have seen what emotions were on the Armenian side." The nephew said, "Well, all the table, you see, brandy drink!"- laughs Anna Alexandrovna.
The convenience of the location of new housing (on the street of Karasai Batyr) evaluated another newcomer Olga Orel.
"I like this neighborhood. With only one stop 15 buses run, and there are several nearby. On "Automation" one only 24 th walking. At night there so much money on taxi need to! But even not all taxis agreed to" Automatics " to take. A lot of shops. We had only one shop there ", - recalls O. Orlowski.
For new settlers it is important that former neighbors settled in the same house.
"In our entrance all residents from "automatic Equipment". No need to get used to new neighbors. Our grandma in another entrance, lived, there, on "Automatics" and now she's on the second floor in our entryway. Now you don't have to run to another staircase descended to the second, and all I have from her. Neighbors old, and house a new!", - Olga added.
.. Residents of the house No. 6 received 17 three-room, 13 two-room and 9 one-room apartments in the houses located on e-16 streets, CH. Aitmatov and Karasay Batyr.
