The fourth district is the area of Telman residential area. For each of these areas, we have carefully worked out all the issues related to the construction of water supply, Sewerage, electricity, heat supply networks, and given the fact that gas comes to the city in the next two years, these areas will be provided with gas supply networks if necessary", - Khoroshun said.
