95% of Astana residents have electronic health passports
According to the official website of capital akimat, digitized about 70 percent of all forms of medical documentation.
The head of the Department of public health of Astana, Kamalian Nadyrov during the briefing told about how in the capital, a project of digitalization of health care's "Smart medicine".
"The project started in April this year, and during this time we have done a lot of work in terms of digitization of medical documentation. About 95% of medical records of Astana residents and guests of the capital have already been digitized, that is, they have electronic health passports. Thus, we eventually release doctors from paperwork. About 70 of all forms of medical documentation have been digitized. A number of magazines we have already canceled-canceled medical history, outpatient cards. This allows doctors to pay more attention to patients", - said the head of the Department.
As part of the digitalization program, a mobile application has also been introduced, with the help of which patients can track their data, make an appointment with doctors. In addition, a pilot project "Green corridor for ambulance"was recently presented. Ambulances are equipped with special sensors that allow you to switch the traffic light to the green light at the right time to quickly come to the call.
"According to preliminary data, time of arrival has already accelerated to 20-25%, and that means lives saved", - said Kamalian Nadyrov.
The "Green corridor" project became possible thanks to the joint work of Astana akimat and the Ministry of health of Kazakhstan.
