According to the official website of capital akimat, in one of the largest cities in Spain it is impossible to get a ticket to "Swan lake" performed by the ballet company of the Astana Opera house.

"Swan lake" was first staged almost a century and a half ago. Since then, the love story of the enchanted Swan girl Odette and Prince Siegfried has attracted the attention of theater-goers, primarily stunning music, as well as the entertainment of mass scenes and brilliant technicality of solo parties. A story about a girl, the power of an evil spell and turned into a bird, is quite common in fairy folklore. In Tchaikovsky's ballet, Prince Siegfried acts as Odette's Savior, but his betrayal, predetermined by fate, becomes an inevitable tragic fault.

On December 29, the main parties in the play were performed by honored worker of Kazakhstan Aigerim Beketaeva (Odette-Odile), winners of international competitions Olzhas Tarlanov (Prince Siegfried), Serik Nakypekov (Jester) and Zhanibek Imankulov (Rothbart).
