In the "smart" area began an installation of "smart" counters

According to the official website of capital akimat with reference to Astana Innovations JSC, the work is fully carried out at the expense of the private investor and residents of the "smart" district do not need to buy new meters.

LLP "Aviat Asia", the company-participant of the "smart district" project, has begun the installation of smart meters. They will transfer the indicators to the relevant utilities automatically. Residents will also be able to monitor their expenses through the Smart-KSK (e-KSK) mobile application. Replacement of all common houses, apartment counters of water, the electric power and gas has been made. At the moment, the work is carried out in the apartments of residential buildings at Barayev 12 and 14. These houses were included in the first stage of the project.

The replacement started with the counters of water and light. Total work will be carried out in 124 apartments.

Olzhas Sartayev, Chairman of the Board of Astana Innovations JSC, cited a number of advantages of know-how, including a significant cost reduction on his Facebook page.

"First of all, the new meters will transmit data directly to the utilities. In addition, it is expected to reduce costs. This will be achieved by transparent charging for general expenses and reducing the error of sending data. The new" smart "counters error is 3%, while the predecessors reached 20%," - said Olzhas Sartayev in his statement.

"Astana Innovations" also notes that the meters are autonomous and do not consume additional electricity. Among the advantages is also the rational use of resources.

"I am sure this will affect the thrift of the residents themselves.  Everything will be available in the personal account of the e-KSK system for residents," - wrote Sartayev O.
